About the Growers

The beans are wet processed then air dried on raised beds before decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process which retains much of the original profile. Purchased using the Farm Gate (Direct Trade) pricing program which pays higher premiums direct to the farmers for the reward of producing high quality coffee.
